Responsibilities

  • Identify and resolve customer problems in a timely manner
  • Guide and help customers to use specific features effectively
  • Assume complete ownership of customer problems until resolution
  • Communicate feature requests and effective solutions with team members
  • Focus on delivering best in class customer experience
  • Contributes proactively to increase team efficiency by sharing knowledge, feedbacks and best practices.

Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electronic/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent, and/or equivalent work related experience
  • Good knowledge in electrical CAD software preferred
  • Experience in customer support preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency and empathy regarding customer reported issues
  • Ability to work under pressure, to deal professionally with demanding customers, to learn new products features, and develop processes
  • Ability to communicate in good written English
  • Ability to work in shift(s) on a rotating schedule, 9pm to 5am, Tuesday till Saturday
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.
