Using the dashboard
The dashboard is customized for your personal view. Drawings are sorted by dates, and recently modified drawings can be found at the top.
Drawings at Home either belongs to you or was shared to you. Drawings in teams, however, are synchronized among teammates so what you see is what other teammates will see as well.
Differences between Home and Teams
You can share any drawing accessible by you at Home or in Teams.
The only difference between the two is that drawings in a team are automatically shared to all team members, while drawings at Home are not shared to anyone unless done so by you.
You can easily move between Home and Teams by switching tabs on the left navigation bar.
Change your view
Sort your drawings and folders in ascending order, or switch to a list view. The settings you chose will be remembered across devices.
Viewing templates, folders, drawings and stencils
Every documents and folders available to you is categorized into 4 sections namely templates, folders, drawings and stencils. Each of these sections is collapsible so you can choose which section to view or hide at any time.
You can select one or more drawings on your Dashboard. Simply click on the drawing to select it.
- To select a row of drawings, click on a drawing to highlight it. Then click on another drawing while holding down the SHIFT key.
- To deselect one of the drawings in the row of selected drawings, click on it while holding down the CTRL key.
Searching for drawings and folders
Use the search bar to quickly look up matching drawings, folders, and even templates. The returned results include every item you have access to, including those you have trashed.
